Weekend Ticket Instalment Payment Plan Now Available.
Want to attend the Wilkswood Reggae Festival but the cost of living costs are making it just out of reach? You’re worried that your favourite reggae festival in the whole world will sell out before you’ve scraped together enough for your ticket? Well, fret no longer as you can now spread the cost (as well as the love) with our Adult and Youth Weekend Ticket Instalment Payment Plan.
You can now purchase your tickets today and spread the cost over three monthly, more easily digestible payments. Adult Weekend Tickets can be spread over three equal payments of £50 (total £150) and Youth Tickets over three payments of £25 (total £75). You will pay no more than the standard full weekend ticket price (processing fees are slightly more).
You have until the end of May to take up the instalment payment plan. Thereafter we will require the second payment by the end of June with final payment by 14 July (one week before the festival starts). All instalments must be paid in full in order to secure the tickets you’ve booked.
All instalment plan tickets will be sent to the purchaser once all three instalments have been paid. The purchaser will receive confirmation of each instalment payment via email and the Weekend Tickets will emailed to the same address within 48 hours of the final instalment payment.
Bonus Thursday, Family Bundles and Campervan tickets are not able to be paid for in instalments but can be purchased separately at any time.
All Weekend Tickets purchased using the instalment plan are subject to the same terms & conditions as tickets purchased in full. Tickets are not refundable but may be gifted or transferred provided you inform the Wilkswood Reggae ticket office (via tickets@wilkswoodreggae.com) of the new owner’s name, email and contact number.
Like all of our other ticket sales, none of the instalment payments are refundable. However they can be ‘rolled over’ to future festivals. In the case that only one or two instalments have been made and the purchaser cannot attend the event date, then vouchers to the value of the instalments paid will be issued for the purchaser to redeem against tickets for future festivals.
EXTRA THURSDAY TICKETS AVAILABLE
Following on from the success of the Bonus Thursday tickets at least year’s festival, there will also be an extra festival day available for staunch reggae fans on Thursday 20th July. Tickets are priced at £30 for adults and £15 for youths for admission to the main arena and an extra night’s camping.
The Bonus Thursday was originally offered free of charge last year as a small thank you to all ticket holders that retained their tickets from the Covid-cancelled 2020 and 2021 festivals. It proved a great success and is a perfect way for festival-goers to ‘settle in’ with some live music including a DJ set from Leeds finest, the Iration Steppas, sound systems, food and drink before the crowds descend. So if you want to make your weekend into almost a week, book your extra festival ticket online today. Tickets for Thursday are only valid when presented with a weekend ticket or by residents of the BH19 postcode area.
To keep the vibes and family atmosphere the same, the organisers have confirmed that the capacity will remain unchanged at 2,500. Not surprisingly it was sold out this year, so don’t delay in getting your tickets for 2023.
All Weekend tickets include three days admission to the main arena, three night’s camping and parking. Weekend campervan passes are an additional £25 per vehicle. The last three Wilkswood Reggae Festivals have now sold out, each sooner than the last and the word is spreading.
